1. General Terms

This Sales and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Norya AyroN online store located at norya-ayron.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, Processing, and Delivery

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed and non-refundable. The following flat-rate fees apply based on the delivery destination:

  • For orders shipped to Europe, the United States, and Canada, a fixed fee of €25.00 applies.
  • For orders shipped to Australia, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Japan, China, and Turkey, a fixed fee of €40.00 applies.
  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days following receipt of payment. For the purposes of this document, “business days” shall be defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and all official public holidays observed in the Kingdom of Morocco.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, Norya AyroN is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances. The risk of loss for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  1. Order Tracking

Upon the dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to track the status of your package on the carrier’s website.

  1. International Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most international destinations with the exception of the Russian Federation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • The customer is responsible for all customs, import duties, VAT, and any other taxes or charges that may be applied by the destination country’s customs authority.
  • These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
  • If a package is refused by the customer and we are charged for the return shipping and/or duties, this amount will be deducted from your original order refund before it is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Norya AyroN is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the provided address.
  • In the event of a lost or stolen package, you must contact us via the contact form provided [insert link to contact form]. We will assist you by initiating a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
  • Refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages are subject to the outcome of the carrier’s investigation. We may require you to provide evidence of the non-delivery.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Return Period: We accept returns and exchanges for items received within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging (including bags, boxes) and tags from Marrakech intact.

Proof of Purchase: We only accept returns for items purchased directly from norya-ayron.com. Items purchased from approved retailers or boutiques cannot be returned to us.

Exchanges: If you wish to make an exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item to ensure its availability. Once we receive your original return, a full refund will be processed.

Refund Processing:

  • Upon receipt of your returned item, our warehouse will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies, typically within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • International customers are also responsible for all costs associated with returning items to our warehouse in Morocco.

Return Method: You may use the shipping carrier of your choice for returns. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Norya AyroN is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. You should retain the tracking number for your own records.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Sales and Return Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the website or this policy shall be instituted in a Moroccan court.
