A photographer for 20 years, I have had the chance to travel the globe and capture unforgettable moments of life. From artists to athletes, from documentaries to reportages, the human dimension is always my priority, because emotion is everything. My ultimate goal: to become invisible in order to capture authenticity.
Based between Paris and Marrakech for the past 9 years, I have developed artistic projects exhibited in Africa and Europe. For me, the camera is only a pretext: what truly matters is offering a different perspective on Africa, with humanity and sincerity.
My project tells the story of women fishers across Africa. It all began in Morocco, in the village of Belyounech, where women renowned throughout the north of the country for crafting high-quality fishing nets, I decided to take a historic step forward.
Faced with the economic crisis, they chose to join the men at sea, and they earned their place on the boats with determination and without resistance.
This work is part of a broader vision: to travel through ten African countries where associations of women fishers exist, documenting their struggles, their traditions, and their outlook on the world. After Morocco, the next step will be Algeria, before continuing this journey across the continent.
Here, I invite you to discover, in exclusivity, the very first photographs taken in Morocco, a prelude to a series of exhibitions, books, and films that will highlight the strength and resilience of these extraordinary women.
A celebration of art and design. Our brand is a fusion of fashion and creative expression.
